For all its size, Tas Ev has just two bedrooms, the double master bedroom and a twin room. The master bedroom is set on a mezzanine floor over the main living area and has those huge windows to frame the panorama of Kalkan Bay.

The villa provides very roomy accommodation for a family of four, or two couples travelling together. We can also squeeze a third bed into the double room if required.

Five minutes away in the other direction from Kalkan is the new Likya Gardens Hotel. As a resident of Tas Ev you will be entitled to make full use of the hotel's private beach club, complete with shady cabanas and beach-side bar. You can also travel to town in style, aboard the Likya Gardens horse-drawn buggy.

On the other side of the bay is Club Patara and Tas Ev residents have complimentary use of the tennis courts at the resort. You simply pay for floodlighting if you need it.

Since the town is so near, we have not included car hire in the price of your holiday. However, with so many of Turkey's most remarkable attractions nearby - Xanthos, Pinara, Letoon and the Hidden Canyon, the sunken city of Kekova, Patara Beach - car hire is a good idea. We are offering Tas Ev residents up to 50% off car hire rates for the new season.

But on one day of your stay, we will do the driving. Your holiday includes a full day boat tour from Kas with complimentary lunch and afternoon tea. You will be driven along the stunning coast road to Kas � one of the world's great drives � to meet the boat for the day.

Tas Ev has a daily cleaning service and a hamper of essentials and treats will be waiting for you on arrival.

Kalkan has become a busy holiday town, but its many attractions still make it a very popular destination among discerning travellers. Tas Ev allows you to get the best of Kalkan while still having a private and quiet retreat to welcome you at the end of the day.
