Luxury boutique hotels in Kalkan Turkey

The Likya Residence has rapidly established itself as one of Kalkan's preferred places to stay. We have secured some of the hotel's most desirable rooms for Elixir clients.

Kalkan Bay is an inlet on a curve of the Lycian coast and its northern edge has the best of the views, taking in the bay itself and then the shimmering Mediterranean beyond. Likya enjoys unrivalled views of this glorious panorama, with nothing between its hillside location and the sun-soaked, moonlit vistas for which Kalkan is renowned.

Likya has three swimming pools, the main one of which is a full 37 metres long; there is also an indoor pool. The other pool is located on the hotel's first floor and is perfectly placed for Elixir guests, with one of our Deluxe rooms - Room 100 - having a direct opening into the pool from its private terrace.

Our other Deluxe rooms with their own private terraces, 101 and 102, also have access to this pool, which has an island-like central sunbathing terrace. There are only a few sun-loungers actually on the terrace, which adds to the sense of exclusivity and privacy. In fact, Elixir guests will probably prefer to relax on their own private terraces and simply pop across to the pool for a dip from time-to-time. It's the next best thing to having a pool of your own.

The fourth room is the Owner's Suite, a spacious room on a level above the pool, complete with a round double bed with mirrors either side. Ornate private steps lead directly down to the bathing terrace; the suite also has its own terrace with sun-loungers and a large sun shade.If you prefer to enjoy your mornings in your own company, we can arrange to have breakfast served on your private terrace.
