We’re delighted to introduce you to the Likya Pavilion Hotel, created by the visionary owners of the Likya Gardens and Peninsula Gardens hotels. It was conceived as a chic boutique residence on the Kalkan green belt, just along the north-western edge of the bay.

With four stunning Duplex suites, separated to give maximum privacy, and six loft suites above the duplex suites, it’s a discreet retreat like no other in our collection. There are also four three-bedroom villas.

If you know this part of Kalkan, you’ll know that it curves round the top of the bay to give lovely views out to the sea and back to the village – bright white by day, glittering by night. You’re actually only a three-minute walk from the harbour, with its cobbled streets, colourful shops and renowned cafés, restaurants and bistros.

Pavilion life

Accommodation at the Likya Pavilion is on a bed and breakfast basis. You have room service to bring you drinks and snacks throughout the day.
The hotel’s bar and restaurant serve an array of local and international dishes for lunch and dinner, in settings designed to make the panorama of the bay the central feature of the decor. Indeed, the Pavilion Restaurant gets excellent reviews and is popular with locals as well as international guests.
