• Room rates are quoted in British Pound (GBP) & inclusive of %18 VAT.
• Check in: 14:00 Check out: 12:00 noon. Early check in is based on availability.
• Rates are based on availability and may change without notice. Black out may apply.
• Cancellation policy : more than 21 days before arrival, 50% charged. Between 14 and 21 days before arrival 75% charged. 14 days or less before arrival, 100% charged. Please ensure you take adequate travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
• In case of no- show & early check out there will be no refund.
• Minimum booking period is 3 nights.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Children under 14 are not allowed.
• 50% deposit required at the time of booking and will be charged to the credit card provided.
• Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
